About Form Tech.
Established in 1976 and headquartered in Michigan, Form Tech has specialized in supplying concrete formwork and accessories to contractors for over 40 years. Upon its inception, Form Tech became the first independent formwork supplier in the USA, focused mainly on the Symons Steel-Ply Forming System. We maintain and distribute one the largest working fleets of Steel-Ply in the Midwest.
However, and even though Steel-Ply remains one of Form Tech’s core products, it represents less than half of the company’s total business today. Over the years, continuing investments in a number of other wall and slab formwork products, including light and heavy clamp systems, 10K frame shoring, drop head shoring components, high-capacity aluminum legs, and numerous other components, hardware and concrete accessories has made Form Tech a complete formwork source for contractors of all sizes.
We take pride in not only being able to offer our customers multiple formwork systems, but more so, for having the expertise to identify and recommend the best options. In addition, Form Tech serves as a one-stop shop providing an extensive catalog of concrete accessories and chemicals, tools and equipment, building materials and fasteners, erosion control and waterproofing, and safety products to professional contractors by meeting their distinct and customized supply needs in commercial and industrial markets.
