The Ischebeck Titan HV System provides a rapid, versatile and efficient means for shoring concrete decks in a wide variety of applications. Lightweight and easy to use, the system comprises just 3 main components and can be erected and dismantled by a 2-man team without the need for special tools, making it the least labor intensive system on the market. And, since erection and stripping operations are performed from beneath the deck itself, jobsite safety concerns are greatly reduced.
Modular Versatility
The system’s modular nature simplifies the entire process, naturally creating a 1.8m grid (6’x6’). The simplicity in use, combined with the system’s drop-head, allows for early stripping and re-use of slab formwork. The steel post shores or HV aluminum legs supporting the concrete loads remain in place to serve as automatic re-shores. Any interference caused by columns, wall corners, curved walls and other potentially problematic features can be accommodated with ease by simply re-positioning the secondary beams and infill beams.
Modular components create a standard 6’ x 6’ grid pattern.
Only 3 main components – Post Shores, Main Beams and Secondary Beams.
Grid work is stable, even without plywood sheeting in place.
Unlike traditional shoring systems, there is no uneconomical overlapping of beams.
Drop-Head component allows for early stripping and re-use of slab formwork.
Erection and Stripping operations are performed safely below the deck.
